How it works
A defined workflow, from first message to delivered report
ACOS is operated by people. AI accelerates research and structuring; humans remain accountable for what is called verified.
- 1
Describe the requirement
Tell ACOS what you are trying to accomplish in plain language.
- 2
Complete the brief
ACOS identifies missing information — quantity, origin, destination, budget, timeline, specification.
- 3
Investigation opens
A trade request becomes a project with a task plan matched to the project type.
- 4
Invoice and payment
Payment is confirmed manually by ACOS staff. Confirmation alone does not start research.
- 5
Research starts
An authorised operator explicitly starts research. Findings are recorded as research records.
- 6
Evidence and verification
Each claim can carry a source, URL, collection date, confidence and verification status.
- 7
Human review
A reviewer checks unsupported claims, conflicts, stale information and low-confidence findings.
- 8
Report delivery
You receive a structured report that separates verified, partially verified and unverified findings.
What ACOS does not do
- ACOS is not a bank, payment processor or escrow provider and does not hold supplier funds.
- You transact directly with suppliers and logistics providers.
- ACOS does not present AI assumptions as verified facts.
